COLLECTION
The series I diamantini [The little diamonds] was born in 2012. Its hand-sewn libels – lepidi, novi, expoliti –,
printed in a limited edition of 60 copies (plus some proofs), contain a little treasure of poetry and fine arts.
Each libel offers a collection of poems and generally it is to be considered as a first edition in Italy.
Each libel is a meeting point between a poet and an artist inspired by him/her.
The inner pages - made of a peculiar hand-made paper manufactured by Cartiera di Sicilia - contain the
poetical texts and the colophon.
On the spacious inside-cover – made of Tiepolo di Fabriano’s paper – are printed, by various technicals,
images inspired by the poems. Each libel, realized in A5 format, is signed and numbered.
